John is COO/EVP/CTO of Rudin Management Company (RMC). RMC manages over 15 million square feet of commercial and residential space, the largest privately owned real estate company in NYC owned by the Rudin Family. John has been involved in every major project the company has developed over the last 24 years including the redevelopment and creation of the world’s first smart building at 55 Broad Street (1995-1996), the development of the Reuters Building at 3 Times Square (1998-2001), the redevelopment of the former ATT Long Lines Building at 32 Avenue of the Americas (1999-2002), the redevelopment of 130 West 12th Street (2010-2011), and the development of The Greenwich Lane (2006-2016). He is also intimately involved with Rudin’s latest project, Dock 72, a ground up 675,000 foot office building located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard where ground was broken in April of 2016. This project is a joint venture with WeWork and Boston Properties and will be completed in 2018. He is acknowledged nationally as an industry thought leader in the integration of technology into the built environment. As a co-inventor of Nantum® building operating system and Executive Chairman of Prescriptive Data, his vision is to future proof real estate by giving all buildings a ‘brain’.
Aaron Block has been co-founder and managing director of leading PropTech venture capital firm MetaProp since its inception in 2015. Previously, Aaron was an executive running the Chicago region for global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield before serving as the chairman of Chicago-based BayRu, the US-Russian e-commerce company and eBay’s exclusive drop-shipping partner for Russia/CIS consumers. Aaron has served on a number of leadership boards and committees including the Young Presidents Organization, ULI New York, NYC Community Board Five, Friends of the Chicago River, and United Way Russia.

Sean Bannon has over 25 years of experience leading and executing commercial real estate investment activity in the United States. Based in New York, he is currently responsible for Zurich’s US Real Estate businesses, and is a voting member of Zurich’s Global Real Estate Investment Committee and the Alternative Investment Committee of ZAAM, LLC, the firm’s alternative investment unit dedicated to Hedge Fund, Private Equity and US Real Estate investment. Total alternative investment AUM approximates $17bn. Mr. Bannon joined Zurich in 1997 to help launch the firm’s US direct acquisition platform, and from 1997 to 2003 acquired nearly $2.5bn of properties -primarily with high grade credit tenants. In 2004, he helped launch the fund of funds program, and from 2004 to 2010, invested over$1bn in 40 real estate funds and joint ventures. In 2011, Mr. Bannon authored the current USRE investment strategy, and hired a team of 15 professionals to execute a core, direct acquisition program. From 2013 to present,his team has invested over $2bn in this core program, and has worked out,restructured and disposed of value added and opportunistic real estate assets and real asset holdings of over $2bn. Total AUM approximates$3bn. Prior to joining Zurich, Mr. Bannon held various real estate positions with Lehman Brothers and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Bannon holds a BS in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Fairfield University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
Ms. Galli joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and currently oversees Studio, the firm’s global coworking and flexible leasing platform. She previously was a part of the Strategy team, where she focused on corporate initiatives. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Ms. Galli was a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where she worked on restructurings, turnarounds, mergers, and acquisitions for large global corporations. She holds her BA in Business and Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

She graduated from Columbia University with a dual JD/MBA, and is admitted to the New York Bar. She completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University, and was the first Asian – American to be elected student body president.

He is currently the Chief Product Officer of Compound, a New York City-based real estate asset management and technology company. He was also the former CEO of Urbint, a real estate data machine learning platform. Bill has appeared on CNBC & Fox Business News commenting on NYC real estate.
Prior to co-founding Bowery, John worked at Leitner Group, now BBG, the largest independent appraisal firm in New York City. In his 4+ years there he valued over $3 billion of commercial property across all asset types. Frustrated with the antiquated process of appraising, but excited by the need for a better solution, he left to start Bowery with Noah and Cesar in June of 2015. John graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in US History. He still aspires to become a chef, a filmmaker, and the first left handed shortstop for the San Francisco Giants.
